  • The Church of St. Mary (St. Mary’s) reserves the right to use any photograph or video taken at any event sponsored by St. Mary’s, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph or video. St. Mary’s may use the photograph or video in publications or other media material produced, used or contracted by St. Mary’s including, but not limited to, bulletins, newsletters, invitations, newspapers, television, website, etc. A person attending a St. Mary’s event who does not wish to have their image recorded for publication should make their wishes known to the photographer, and/or the event organizers, and/or contact St. Mary’s at 420 Irving Street, Alexandria, MN 56308 in writing of his/her intentions and include a photograph. St. Mary’s will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence. Any person or organization not affiliated with St. Mary’s may not use, copy, alter or modify St. Mary’s photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from St. Mary’s.
