More about Laurie:
Laurie and her husband moved to Alexandria back in the early 2000's. Once while leaving Mass Father Al Ludwig encouraged Laurie to go see Paulette about getting hired in the Religious Ed department.
She said something to the tune of, you know, I'll see what the Holy Spirit has to say about it....and Father Al said to go see her now, "I think the Holy Spirit's talking."
She did go and talk with Paulette, and for 23 years, Laurie has been a big part of helping other people grow their faith, too. From Baptism prep to youth faith formation, adult faith formation, events, and liturgies, she has been a vital part of the success of The Church of St. Mary.
